* Financial Responsibility: You assume full and unequivocal responsibility for all financial charges, fees, and costs that may arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with your utilisation of the service. This comprehensive responsibility extends to, but is not confined by, the cost of products and services procured from our third-party partners.
* Data Veracity: All information supplied by you during the registration phase is warranted to be complete, factually accurate, and devoid of any misleading statements.
* Permitted Use: Your engagement with the service is strictly limited to legitimate and personal entertainment purposes only. Any intention or act of using the service for business, commercial, or public objectives is expressly disallowed.
* Account Security: You are explicitly prohibited from sharing your unique subscription log-in credentials with any other individual, entity, or third party.
* Prohibition on Commercial Exploitation: The use of any material, content, or intellectual property relating to advertising, marketing, or promotions provided within the service for personal, business, or commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.
2. Subscription Mechanics and Confirmation
2.1.
Subscription Commencement: Your subscription formally commences immediately following the successful completion of the service registration procedure.
2.2. Payment Method Requirement: This registration process necessitates the provision of a correct and valid payment method. Acceptable payment methods include, but are not limited to, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or any other method officially sanctioned and accepted by Leagues Watch.
2.3.
Confirmation Protocol: Subsequent to the activation of your subscription, a comprehensive confirmation email will be dispatched to you, meticulously outlining the specific details, terms, and parameters of your active subscription.
3. Financial Terms: Pricing, Payment, and Debt Recovery
3.1.
Subscription Rates: All applicable subscription rates shall be definitively confirmed within the subscription confirmation email you receive upon the successful completion of your registration.
3.2.
Payment Schedule: Following the conclusion of any applicable trial period, your initial payment shall consist of an upfront payment equivalent to one full month’s subscription fee, which is due upon registration. Subsequent to this, a recurring monthly fee (the precise amount of which will be communicated to you at the point of purchase) will be automatically charged on the same calendar day of each successive month until such time as your membership is formally cancelled.
3.3.
Automatic Renewal and Non-Refundability: Your subscription is configured for automatic renewal on the corresponding date each month. It is imperative to note that all monthly payments, once successfully processed, are strictly non-refundable.
3.4.
Price Alterations: Leagues Watch reserves the unqualified right to modify its pricing structure at any juncture. In the event that an increase to your monthly subscription fee is proposed, we undertake to notify you via email, explicitly confirming the new proposed fee, within a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the increased fee being applied to your subscription.
3.5.
Access Restriction for Non-Payment: Should a monthly fee for your subscription remain unreceived, Leagues Watch reserves the right to immediately restrict your access to the service until such time as your subscription account is brought fully up-to-date.
3.6.
Failed Billing Attempts and Recovery: In instances of non-payment or a failed billing attempt to your designated payment method, Leagues Watch will systematically initiate and pursue additional billing attempts for an extended period of up to ninety (90) days.
3.7.
Subscription Cancellation upon Non-Recovery: Subject to clause 3.6 above, in the regrettable event that we are unable to successfully recover payment, your subscription will be subject to immediate cancellation.
3.8. Third-Party Debt Recovery: Where our extensive additional billing attempts prove unsuccessful, we reserve the right to refer your subscription account and any outstanding financial obligations to a specialised third-party recovery agency. Furthermore, we reserve the right to recover any additional costs legitimately incurred in the process of such debt recovery.
3.9.
Specific Payment Gateway Considerations (Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal): If your subscription is initiated via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, it is important to acknowledge that in some specific instances, your subscription payment may be collected prior to its scheduled due date. Consequently, it remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your nominated account maintains sufficient funds to cover such payment.
3.10.
Payment Security and PCI Compliance: All Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions are processed with the utmost security through our designated Third-party payment gateway, Stripe. All payment transactions strictly adhere to PCI Compliance standards, meaning that Leagues Watch neither stores nor will ever store your sensitive payment card details.
3.11.
User Obligation for Payment Method Updates: You bear the exclusive responsibility for promptly notifying Leagues Watch of any changes or updates to your designated payment method.
4. Comprehensive Disclaimers and Exclusions of Liability
4.1.
Information Provision: All information contained within this website is provided solely for general reference purposes.
4.2.
Accuracy and Reliability: While Leagues Watch diligently endeavours to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the information furnished , we explicitly state that we do not make any warranty or representation, whether express or implied, nor do we accept any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information, other than that which is expressly and formally incorporated into the written terms of our direct contract.
4.3.
User-Provided Information and Decisions: We accept no liability whatsoever to you or any other associated person for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any inaccuracy or omission in the information provided by you when interacting with our service, or from any consequences, decisions, actions, or non-actions undertaken prior to the consumption of any products or services.

Leagues Watch exercises no control over the content of those external sites or resources, and therefore accepts no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use or downloading of them.

System and Network Interruptions: We expressly accept no responsibility or liability for system or network errors, or any other technical issues which are beyond our reasonable control and may disrupt the access to or delivery of the service’s content.
5. Account Holder Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
5.1.
Material Usage Restrictions: By subscribing to the service, you, the Account Holder, explicitly warrant that you will not download, use, or copy any of the service materials except as otherwise expressly permitted by these Terms.
5.2.
Commercial Use Prohibition: You specifically warrant that you will not utilise the service for any business, commercial, or public purpose.
5.3.
Malicious Activity Prohibition: You warrant that you will not attempt to, nor encourage, the misuse of the service by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other material which would be considered malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Promotional Activities and Specific Rules
6.1.
Promotion Availability: Leagues Watch may, at its sole discretion and from time to time, implement and operate various promotions in connection with our service. These promotions may encompass, but are not strictly limited to, trial periods, reduced subscription prices, prize draws, and the offering of free products from promoted brands which may be freely accessible (subject to prior registration).
6.2.
Application of Specific Rules: Where such promotions are actively in force, separate, specific rules shall apply to those promotions. These supplementary rules shall operate concurrently with, and as an addition to, these general terms and conditions, forming an integrated part of your agreement during the promotion period.
7. Limitations on Our Liability
7.1.
Unexcludable Liabilities: Nothing within these terms shall be construed as limiting our liability in respect of death or personal injury demonstrably caused by a negligent act or omission on our part, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other losses that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.
7.2.
General Liability Cap: Without prejudice to any specific limitations and exclusions expressly set forth under these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you shall be strictly capped at an amount equivalent to one month’s subscription fee.
7.3.
Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Loss: We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, howsoever caused, including (but not limited to) loss of or corruption to data, systems, or equipment, or the actions of third parties which may detrimentally affect the use of the service.
8. Cancellation Procedures and Refund Policy

8.2.
Effective Date of Cancellation: Your cancellation will become effective at the precise end of your then-current billing period.
8.3.
Cooling-Off Period Refund Entitlement: Should you elect to cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days from the day immediately following your date of registration (this period being formally defined as the ‘cooling off’ period), you shall be fully entitled to a refund of your subscription fee.
8.4.
Post-Cooling-Off Period Refund Policy: It is explicitly stated that we do not offer refunds, whether prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the subscription term following the expiration of the cooling-off period. Any payments that were successfully processed prior to the precise date of cancellation will not be refunded.
8.5.
Discretionary Refunds and Withdrawal: All refunds offered outside of the aforementioned cooling-off period are granted solely on a discretionary basis by Leagues Watch. We explicitly reserve the right to withdraw such a discretionary refund in the event that a payment dispute (e.g., a chargeback) arises via your chosen payment merchant (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card).
8.6.
Chargeback Protocols: All chargeback requests shall be subjected to a thorough and comprehensive investigation and review by our dedicated Policy Team. Where a valid and legally binding contract is established, the chargeback will be vigorously disputed, and you may be added to a blacklist to prevent any further potential misuse of our services.
9. Fair Usage Policy and Misuse Protocol
9.1.
Warning for Misuse: In situations where there exists a genuine and reasonable belief that there has been a misuse of the service by you, the Account Holder, or by a third party directly connected to you, we may, at our sole discretion, issue you with a formal warning notice to encourage moderation of your behaviour and interaction with the service.
9.2.
Subscription Cancellation for Excessive Misuse: In severe or extreme cases, we reserve the unequivocal right to reject, and subsequently cancel, any subscriptions where there is a genuine and substantiated belief that misuse of the service by you or a third party connected to you is excessive and poses a direct threat to the ongoing integrity and operational stability of the service.
10. Complaints Resolution Procedure
10.1.
Commitment to Resolution: Leagues Watch takes all complaints with the utmost seriousness and is committed to endeavouring to resolve all grievances promptly and equitably.
10.2.
Mutual Respect Policy: In the process of dealing with your complaint, our staff will consistently maintain a respectful and professional demeanour at all times, and we concurrently expect the same standard of respectful behaviour towards our staff.
10.3. Call Recording and Termination: All customer service calls are routinely recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Our staff reserve the right to immediately terminate any call if they are subjected to abuse or threatened in any manner.

10.5.

11. General Legal Provisions
11.1.
Assignment of Contract: The Contract established between the parties (you, the Account Holder, and Leagues Watch, referred to as the Contractor) shall not be assigned or transferred by the Contractor without the prior express written consent of Leagues Watch.
11.2.
Amendments to Agreement: This Agreement shall not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except with the prior written approval and mutual consent of each Party hereto.
11.3.
Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership: The Contractor (you) hereby expressly agrees and acknowledges that all Intellectual Property rights inherent in Leagues Watch’s material relating to the Campaign, or any aspect of the service, shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Leagues Watch. This Intellectual Property shall not be used, distributed, disclosed, or licensed by the Contractor without the prior express written permission of Leagues Watch.
11.4.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement and these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively construed and interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the substantive laws of England. The parties irrevocably agree that the English courts shall possess exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with both contractual and non-contractual matters pertaining to this Agreement.
